Recycling your containers is a great way to help the environment, but recycling them and donating the proceeds helps us to families deal with the stress and anxiety of a cancer diagnosis and treatment. You can donate either direct using our schemeID 10380136 or you can request a Therapy on Wheels recycle bin.
Eligible Containers
Most glass, plastic, aluminium, steel and paper based cartons between 150ml and 3L are eligible.
Containers not commonly found in litter, including all plain milk, favoured milks 1L and above, pure juice drinks, wine and spirit bottles, cordials, are not eligible for cash 4 containers.
DIY Returns
Perhaps you’ve just had a big party, or maybe you already like to cash in for an extra bit of pocket money. Either way, we’d love you to consider donating either part or all of your returns to Therapy on Wheels.
How to donate part of your return.
Put your returns through as you do normally, but cash out half way – requesting that this be put through to SchemeID C10380136 instead of asking for the money. Therapy On Wheels will then be notified that a donation has been received. Then continue your return as you would do normally.

Request a Collection
Are you too busy to do the returns yourself, but love the idea of donating your recyclables to a good cause? The Therapy on Wheels team can deliver a special mini wheelie bin for you do have in your lunchroom, and they will drop by each fortnight (more often if required) to collect and take to the recycling depot.
